  Your first official step in leadership is to become a Team Leader. A Team Leader learns all positions in the restaurant and helps other members on the team become their best by teaching and modeling those high standards. You will take on added responsibilities and projects to add value to the team and experience personal leadership growth.

A key step in your growth as a leader is becoming a Shift Manager. Our Shift LEAD ON training program will provide you with the knowledge and skills to run a shift successfully. Teaching you important communication skills and decision-making skills to help you lead the team during a shift.  Ensuring high-quality products and GREAT hospitality for our guests. This training and experience will set you up for future success and growth.

  The Assistant Manager role is the training ground for a Restaurant General Manager. What you learn in our RGM LEAD ON training program provides the knowledge and skills to become a successful Assistant Manager and RGM. You will learn processes and routines that help you run a great restaurant. You will learn all aspects of team building to help others reach their full potential and business skills that help you reach financial goals. Most importantly, you will learn leadership skills that will take your personal growth to a whole new level and set you up for success as an RGM.

  Your role as an Assistant Manager provided the training to set you up for success. In your role as an RGM, you will continue to learn and grow through additional leadership training courses and the mentoring and coaching from above store leaders. 

   With your experience running a successful restaurant, combined with our training program to Lead Multiple Restaurants, you will gain the knowledge and skills to be a successful Area Coach. Your training and development will include opportunities to mentor and assist other RGM’s. You will help in new store openings and in underperforming restaurants. Your growth and growth as an Area Coach set’s you up for a top leadership position.

Your success as an Area Coach will set you up for the knowledge and skill to become a Region Coach. You will grow in your knowledge of the big picture and the organization’s vision and goals. You will learn to make decisions that have an enormous impact on the future of the organization.
