Dental Insurance is included for Class A & B if you elect the $1500 deductible plan. Otherwise it is available for voluntary purchase.
, The dental plan pays a percentage of reasonable and customary charges up to $1,500 per covered individual each year. Diagnostic and preventive charges are paid at 100%, basic restorations at 80% and everything else, including orthodontia for dependents under 26 years of age, at 50%.

To obtain this coverage, you must qualify for Insurance and enroll in one of our Medical Health Plans. The Premiums for this benefit are paid by SMC.

Voluntary Life is available to all employee that qualify for insurance. You may purchase through a payroll deduction in increments of $10,000. You pay the premium after tax.

This benefit is provided to all Class A employees at no cost. Class B employees may purchase this PLan that provides if you are disabled as a result of illnesses or non-work-relate injury, long-term disability income.
Class B employees will pay the premium after tax.

This Plan allows the participant to set aside money pre-tax to pay for expenses related to medical costs not covered by the insurance. Money can also be set aside pre-tax for Dependent Care and some other insurance plans.

Staab Management Company's 401(k) Plan is a voluntary savings plan in which employees can save money through payroll deduction.
